Milk on Friday is the place where writer Silvia de Vries explores the connection between food and memories and food’s place in history and society. Born out of a curiosity of why we eat what we do, and what influences what we eat and how, Silvia started exploring the world of food beyond ingredients and recipes. Resulting in a enormous stack of books, heaps of drafts and an endless fascination with food and all its aspects.
